Sri Manakula Vinayagar Medical College & Hospital is
situated in Pondicherry. The medical college was started under the Sri
ManakulaVinayaga Educational Trust, a registered Trust in 2006. It is
affiliated to Pondicherry University and recognized by the Ministry of Health
& Family Welfare. Sri ManakulaVinayagar Medical College & Hospital has
received the approval of Medical Council of India (MCI), New Delhi and is
recognized by the state government.
The college provides many opportunities to its students to
gain practical experiences under careful supervision of highly skilled faculty.
Its main mission is to impart quality education and support weaker section of
the society.
Admission Criteria:
The candidate should have passed bachelors degree or
equivalent from any recognized university.
Selection Procedure for Admission
The Selection of candidates for admission to the M.B.,B.S.,
course will be based on the merit list thus prepared by the Association. The
admission of the candidates will be provisional subject to the recognition of
their qualifying examination by the Pondicherry University.
